Call-When-Needed (CWN) employees are hired for a particular project or a job of limited or indefinite duration. CWN employees work only "when needed" and are not guaranteed work. If requested to work, CWN employees may refuse work at any time. CWN employees may participate in the companys 401(k) program once they meet the eligibility requirements.
Seasonal Employees are hired to work for a pre-determined specified period of time. Seasonal employees may participate in the company's 401(k) program once they meet the eligibility requirements.
Employment with NorthTree Fire International (NTFI) is at-will and therefore either NTFI or Employee may terminate Employee's employment at any time, with or without cause for any reason whatsoever.
